Meet Jackson

In 2013, Jackson Drumgoole was awarded the Father of the Year alongside President Bill Clinton and former Macy’s CEO Terry J. Lundgren by the National Father’s Day Committee. Specifically, Jackson was selected based on his work with military fathers during his multiple deployments to Iraq.

However, it was the community response to his first book, They Call Me Daddy: A Diary of Dysfunctional Father, that launched Jackson as the CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer) to other fathers.  In that book, Jackson revealed in full disclosure, his failures as a father of five (including natural triplets), and his recovery as a fully functional dialed-in dad.

Some of his accomplishments

  • Certified by the National Fatherhood Initiative in Father Engagement, Effective Facilitation, and Recruitment and Retention of Fatherhood programming
  • Certified Executive Life Coach
  • MBA, Management and Leadership, Webster University
  • Ed.D, Organizational Change and Leadership, University of Southern California
  • Adjunct Professor of Business and Senior Lecturer, Saint Martin University and Park University
  • Author of They Call Me Daddy: A Diary of a Dysfunctional Father, They Call Me Daddy Devotional, and They Call Me Daddy, Too!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to finish all the courses in one sitting?

No, I recommend you go through the lessons multiple times as you may glean something new and revelatory each time.

I further suggest that you focus on one pillar at a time to get the most out of it based on the season that you and your family are in.

  • Can you come and teach this to our men's group?

Absolutely! I’ll be honored. Send an email to [email protected] for pricing and availability.

  • Do you have to be a Christian to be a good father?

No, you do not have to be a Christian to be a good father. However, having a relationship with the Heavenly Father through Jesus helps inform the earthly father how best to nurture his family through word and deed.

The fact that you asked this question lets me know that you are an amazing earthly father and want the best for your offspring.
